Festivals & Fairs in Mallorca
Fiestas in Mallorca really are sights to behold and not to be missed! Locals, international residents and tourists alike are all warmly welcomed to join in with these vibrant, sometimes weird and always wonderful celebrations. Fiestas are whole heartedly embraced by the local community - businesses close, streets are blocked off and the festivities ensue with horsemanship displays, parades of Gegants (Giants) from local and neighbouring towns, spectacular fireworks and bonfires, carnivals of colourful floats, food, drink, music and dancing.
